ARE THE PRODUCTS AUTHENTIC?
Designer Brand Sales guarantees that all items purchased is 100% authentic and were legally imported into the European Union with no restrictions on selling within or outside of Europe. All items origins are from Italy and imported from Italy. We only deal directly with each brand and never deal with outside dealers or agents.
HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?
All items are shipped next day except weekends when the warehouse is closed. Delivery times are between 3-5 days within the EU and 5-10 days for outside EU.
IS DELIVERY/SHIPPING FREE?
Designer Brand Sales Outlet Store offers free delivery/shipping worldwide. We use Fed-Ex Tracked. All tracking details will be given after shipment. You will receive an email where you can track your order to your door.
DO I PAY FOR IMPORT DUTY?
Customers within EU are free from duty tax as we ship within the EU. Customers outside EU are responsible for taxes and duties. Import duty or tax will be invoiced to you directly from Fed-Ex. Designer Brand Sales is not resposible for any customs/import tax.
CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM?
We accept returns within 14 days from delivery. Please refer to our refund policy for guidelines.
